Change to the GTS Advisory Board
The GTS AGM 2010 bade farewell to Dr. Heiko Gruner who had served on the
GTS Advisory Board for many years. Dr. Gruner is leaving the Advisory
Board at his own request in order to pursue new tasks.
The GTS Executive Board appointed Gerd Weissenfels as Dr. Gruner’s
successor on the Advisory Board. Gerd Weissenfels is a managing partner
at IBEDA Sicherheitsgeräte und Gastechnik GmbH & Co. KG in
Neustadt/Wied. IBEDA has been developing and producing equipment and
fittings in the field of gas safety engineering since 1960 and
manufactures products and complete systems for thermal spraying.
Cesar Montenegro from Sulzer Metco Management AG in Winterthur
(Switzerland) was appointed to the GTS Advisory in spring 2010.

Other members of the GTS Advisory Board alongside Gerd Weissenfels and
Cesar Montenegro are, as previously, Prof. D. Böhme, former managing
director of GSI and director of SLV Munich, Christopher C. Wasserman,
President of the Terolab Services Group, and Jörg-Michael Willke, Linde
AG, Linde Gas in Unterschleissheim.
